Also having one of the Bays top knife hands on site daily and an unload ‘fresh off the boat’ every two days ensures we never have frozen fish in store.

We source locally for both our fresh seafood cabinet and our dine in or takeaway. Our fish is never frozen and you will never find frozen fish in our cabinets.
We have three local chefs who understand that quality and local matters. It is all about supporting locals from staff to the food and wine we stock.
